Empowering Women in Business
One of the cornerstones of our community-building efforts is our Momtrepreneur & Women in Business Networking Events. These gatherings bring women together from all walks of life to share, inspire, and collaborate. Whether it’s through our in-person meet-ups or virtual networking, we’ve seen countless women come together to share advice, offer mentorship, and form lasting partnerships. It’s been amazing to watch these collaborations bloom and empower women to grow their businesses.
We’ve seen first-hand how powerful these connections can be. From offering support in the form of collaborations, cross-promotion, and resource-sharing, our networking events have truly created a ripple effect in our local community. We’re so proud of how our network of women has supported each other in growing their businesses and connecting with like-minded individuals who share the same passion and drive. Giving Back: Shop for a Cause
Giving back to the community is at the heart of what we do. We’ve hosted Shop for a Cause events where a portion of proceeds from our sales are donated to local organizations and charities that are close to our hearts. Last year, we were honored to support the Deep River Elementary PTO, helping raise funds for the school and contributing to a better learning environment for local children. It’s so rewarding to see our community come together to support causes that matter. Supporting Local Charities & Donations
We are also proud to have supported several other charitable causes through donations of items for auctions and galas. For example, we were honored to donate a beautiful basket and Burleigh Wagon to the St. David’s Gala in support of St. David’s Center for Child & Family Development in Minnesota, a wonderful organization dedicated to supporting children and families in need. We also contributed to the Community Music School Gala in support of the Community Music School here in Essex, Connecticut, which offers music education and performance opportunities to students of all ages. Find out more about the school here.
These donations allow us to help raise money for essential services and programs that benefit our community, and we’re committed to continuing this practice for years to come.
Celebrating Kindness: The Kind Kids Contest
Another way we love to engage with our community is through our Kind Kids Contest, an initiative that recognized and celebrated children in our area who were spreading kindness.
