Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3 days business days. Once the shipping label is printed, expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!

Local Pick Up & Delivery

We do offer local pickup at our Essex, CT location. We do also, from time to time, host or partner in local pop-ups. Stay tuned on social media for the latest dates and opportunities to shop & pick up live. We do not offer delivery at this time.

Flat Rate Shipping 

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days using the shipping provider with the best options for your delivery. All orders ship for FREE. We are not currently shipping outside of the US but will look to expand internationally soon!

What to Expect

Your unboxing experience is as important to us as the products we curate for you! Keep your eyes peeled for a pretty pink mailer or appropriately sized (recycled, where possible) box for your order. We do what we can to package things carefully and make them look pretty but we recognize that a lot can happen between us and you. If anything doesn't look right upon arrival, we want to know! Please reach out to amy@graceandhaven.co with any concerns about condition of shipments.
