Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don’t work out as planned. If for any reason you need to return an item, you may return it to us for a refund to the original form of payment within 14 days, or store credit within 30 days

Store credit will be issued through a code sent to your email address within 3-5 business days after receiving your return. This code can be used at checkout of your next purchase. Store credit does not have an expiration date. 

An item may be returned if it is sent back:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • With original tags and packaging intact

If an item is returned and not in its original condition, it may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return. Grace & Haven is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Please include a note in the package that includes the order number and the name associated with the order. 

Returns over $500 will be issued a store credit.

Please allow up to one week for your return to be processed once received, and 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment or store credit once processed. 

Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible. 

Due to our inventory changing on a daily basis, exchanges will be issued in the form of store credit so that you may make a new purchase for your replacement items.
